| Details | Course covers the minimum emergency First Aid requirements as set out by the HSE for the new legislation changes to be implemented in October 2009 |
| Fitness | First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other. |
