| Details | This course meets the requirements for instructors with NGB awards including ML & SPA. It is also suitable for persons working in remote and outdoor environments. |

| Fitness | First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other. |
