Details	If you don't have to comply with OFSTED requirements we also offer a shorter 6 hour \'Emergency First Aid For Parents and Child Carers' course, that covers basic life saving and first aid for babies, children and adults. It is essentially Life Saving First Aid tailored to the small child. It comprises the contents of day one of the Emergency (Paediatric) Course. No previous experience necessary Continuously assessed. Valid for three years.

Fitness	First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other.
