| Details | Keeps the First Aid at Work certificate valid and is held over 2 days (16 hours). |
| Fitness | First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other. |
| Minimum Age | 16 |
| Experience Required | A current First Aid at Work certificate must be held – if your certificate has expired you must re-do the whole 24 hour syllabus. A Requalification course can be completed no more than 3 months before or 28 days after the date of expiry on the current First Aid at Work certificate. No exceptions to this can be made. Content and examination are as for the First Aid at Work course |
