| Details | All employers have a legal obligation to make First Aid provision for their employees. This course fulfills all current Health & Safety First Aid Regulations. |
| Fitness | First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other. |
