| Details | It it is important an individual is trained using the same model of AED as they will have to use in their workplace in an emergency situation. For that reason we only run this course in-house. Our courses include updates on basic life support as well as use of the AED. If are considering purchasing an AED for your company, please contact us and we will support you in working out what is necessary for you to make this happen. |
| Fitness | First Aid training is a practical and active course. We would normally expect participants to be capable of kneeling, bending, lying down, performing simulated CPR and to take a full and active part by acting as casualties for each other. |
